Duration: 35mins (10 + 25 mins)
Reflection and comment:
Easy run.
No tired feeling totally.
Smooth breathing.
Heart beating very fast after the run... feel a bit uncomfortable... so, I slow down and slow down my speed in the last 5 mins to reduce my heart rate... I think I need to bring my heart rate monitor next time...
 
p.s. Oops! Battery renew of my HRM is needed...!
